The newest 2
generations are Gen IV and Gen V. Gen IV uses a 35 watt halogen bulb
(same watts as an HID bulb) in an external light box, mounted in the
engine bay. We simulated the Gen IV setup with a 35 watt bulb:Gen V uses a 75
watt bulb (more wattage then your high beam) in a bigger enclosure,
similarly mounted.Ghost Eyes are
a revolutionary twist on the popular BMW 'Angel Eyes.' Our goal is to
make Ghost-Eyes for those cars that did not have that option. As
you know, reproducing Angel Eyes has been done by a lot of different
companies. The first idea was to use LED's (Light Emitting
Diodes) at the top of slotted rings to produce the effect:LED's come
in white, red, blue, and yellow, and only at night are they visible. Most
people were not satisfied because during the day they are not like the OEM BMW
angel eyes.As you can see, not much difference.
